Once registered and logged in, go to your 'Company Edit' page; once here, in the left menu look for the tab that reads 'Company'. Under this tab you need to click on the second tab 'Details' where the first section will prompt you to choose category. You can use the search bar or the directory by clicking the designated button. You can always preview the changes made by using the shortcut next to each respective tab on the left.

It is highly important to choose the right category which is relevant for your business. If you are a farmer that grows fruits, you want to be listed under 'Agriculture', 'Food', 'Fruits' and not under 'Metals' or 'Construction'.

You can choose as many categories as you like, if you think they fit your company objectives.

2. Add Keywords

Once registered and logged in, go to your 'Company Edit' page; once here, in the left menu look for the tab that reads 'Company'. Under this tab you need to click on the second tab 'Details' where the second section will prompt you to choose keywords specific for your company and business. You can always preview the changes made by using the shortcut next to each respective tab on the left.

Key words are basically the way others will find your company. The more relevant keywords you add, the higher the chances for your company will be found when others search for those words. For best results, use at least 30 keywords.

3. Company Description

Once registered and logged in, go to your 'Company Edit' page; once here, in the left menu look for the tab that reads 'Company'. Under this tab you need to click on the second tab 'Details' where the third section will prompt you to write your company description. You can always preview the changes made by using the shortcut next to each respective tab on the left.

Your company description needs to provide a clear image of who your company is and what it does. Highlight main facts about your company. When were you established, describe the products and services you provide, what are the main reasons for which your customers are dealing with you. If you are a start-up, explain what competitive advantages you offer and why do you believe others should purchase services and products from you (ex. fast delivery times, amazing quality, competitive prices, friendly service, availability). Use short sentences. For best results use more than 100 words in your company description.

4. Add your company logo

Once registered and logged in, go to your 'Company Edit' page; once here, in the left menu look for the tab that reads 'Company'. Under this tab you need to click on the second tab 'Details' where the fourth section will prompt you to upload a company logo. You can always preview the changes made by using the shortcut next to each respective tab on the left.

This is a very small effort but for potentially big impact. Our statistics show that companies uploading a logo have 9 times more chances to be contacted directly. The files should not be larger than 2 Mb and should have one of the following extensions gif, jpg, jpeg, png; ideally the pixel size should be between 50 x 50 to 7500 x 7500

5. Add your products

Once registered and logged in, go to your 'Company Edit' page; once here, in the left menu look for the tab that reads 'Company'. Under this tab you need to click on the third tab 'Products' and this will display a list with your products (at the beginning this list should be empty). Click on the button '+Add Product' and simply follow the steps. You can always preview the changes made by using the shortcut next to each respective tab on the left.

Same as the logo, the more products you upload, with pictures and description, the more confidence you will inspire to others. This means they will be more inclined to contact you when they view your profile and see some of your products described in a nice way and displayed with a nice clear picture.

6. Provide Contacts

Once registered and logged in, go to your 'Company Edit' page; once here, in the left menu look for the tab that reads 'Company'. Under this tab you need to click on the last tab 'Contacts' and this will display a list with your contacts (at the beginning this list should be empty). Click on the button '+Add Contact' and simply fill in the fields. If you require additional fields, use the '+Add More Fields' button. You can always preview the changes made by using the shortcut next to each respective tab on the left.

If you do not provide contacts, other will not be able to contact you. For best results, you should add first name, last name, position in the company, email, phone number and Skype Id. Your chances to be contacted are tremendously grater if you provide a relevant personal contact.
